1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on ino777. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction and reflects the minimum standard ino777 enforces across its entire player base. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Residency & Legal Status

ino777 is operated offshore under international licensing. The Platform is accessible to players in Indonesia subject to each player's own assessment of local legal requirements. You are responsible for determining whether accessing ino777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on ino777 at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same individual, within the same household, or sharing the same IP address or payment method — are strictly prohibited. ino777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ino777:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of ino777 or any affiliated company.
• Immediate family members of the above.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ino777 during the active self-exclusion period.
• Persons residing in Prohibited Territories as defined by ino777's current regulatory obligations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access ino777's full range of services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. ino777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify ino777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ino777 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement — dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement reflecting the account holder's name).

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ino777 reserves the right to immediately terminate any Account where fraud, misrepresentation, or identity theft is suspected, and to report such activity to applicable law-enforcement authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

ino777 accepts deposits via the following payment channels (subject to availability in your region and any changes notified on the Platform):

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and potential Account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit across all payment methods is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallet channels. These limits may be adjusted for verified VIP accounts at ino777's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000.
• Completed KYC verification on file.
• No active bonus rollover requirement outstanding (bonuses must be fully rolled over before associated winnings may be withdrawn).
• The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

4.4 Processing Times

ino777 targets the following withdrawal processing times (measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved following KYC verification):

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Within 15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Within 5–10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ino777 does not guarantee processing times in cases of system maintenance, network outages, or bank-side delays beyond our reasonable control. Players will be notified promptly if a withdrawal is subject to an extended processing window.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ino777 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ino777 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any other currency. Any conversion costs incurred by a player's bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ino777 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses carry a minimum rollover (turnover) requirement of 10x the bonus amount before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain low-margin markets — including but not limited to Asian Handicap markets with odds below 0.75 — may not contribute toward rollover requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ino777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who are found to have abused bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and their Account permanently suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Bonus funds that remain unplayed or whose rollover requirements are not completed within the validity window will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.

5.5 Promotional Changes

ino777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of cancellation will have their existing rollover requirements honored under the terms in force at the time of claiming.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All wagers are subject to acceptance by ino777. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where a bet is suspected to be based on insider information, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the wager exceeds the maximum stake applicable to the relevant market.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ino777 cover domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFC Cup, and AFF Cup. Specific market rules — including settlement procedures for match abandonment, player withdrawals, and walkovers — are published within each market and form part of these Terms. Bandar bola (sports bookmaking) markets follow Asian Handicap and European Handicap conventions standard to the industry.

6.3 Mix Parlay

Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) is available on all pre-match sports markets. A minimum of 3 selections is required to constitute a valid mix parlay ticket. In the event that one or more selections within a mix parlay are voided, the ticket is recalculated as if those selections were not included; if the remaining selections fall below the minimum requirement, the ticket is settled as a single or double at the applicable odds.

6.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer action streamed in real time. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection policy.

6.5 Togel Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on ino777 are conducted using official draw results from recognized lottery markets. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on ino777 and the official source result, the official source result shall prevail for settlement purposes.

6.6 Void Bets

A wager will be declared void and the stake returned under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement; the market is suspended due to a technical error before the wager is confirmed; or settlement is determined to be impossible due to an incomplete or corrupted data feed.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ino777's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses

ino777 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; indirect, special, or consequential losses; or any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform. The exclusions in this clause apply whether or not ino777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that betting and gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. ino777 does not guarantee that any wagering strategy, system, or information provided on the Platform will result in profit. You are solely responsible for all wagers placed on your Account.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your ino777 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ino777 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance within the standard processing timeframe, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no bonus rollover obligations remain unmet.

11.2 Termination by ino777

ino777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion is suspected.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• Your Account is being accessed from a Prohibited Territory.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory or legal risk to ino777.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause by ino777, any pending bonuses and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances that are verified as legitimately deposited funds (excluding bonus amounts) will be returned to you via the original payment method where legally and technically possible, at ino777's sole discretion.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ino777 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

ino777 makes no representation that the Platform or its content are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from locations outside the permitted territories do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

13 Amendments

ino777 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
